Listen through the soup. Then you may exchange exactly two chairs before each course. If every guest ends beside the conversation they came for, the last toast will make it all the way around.

How to seat a conversation

  1. Serve the soup and listen. Every guest carries one subject and hopes to sit beside another.
  2. Between courses, choose two portraits to exchange their chairs. You get one exchange per course.
  3. A gold thread means someone can hear the subject they wanted. Join all eight before the final toast.
